If you would like to see what your timeshare could be worth and how you can dispose of it, this is what you need to do.

After receiving your details we will get in touch with you to arrange an appointment at a time convenient to you in your local area.

You will be required to bring all the documentation related to your timeshare (your Title Deeds, Certificates and Maintenance Fee papers, etc). Please note that all persons named on the Deeds will have be present at the appointment.

You will have to bring a copy of your passports as proof of your identity.

We will do an examination and a search on your title Deeds to confirm the ownership. We will also look into your maintenance fee situation. This will help us to give you a realistic valuation at the current market value.

The search and valuation process will take aprroximately 90 minutes. Once the valuation is completed you will be made a realistic offer for your timeshare. Should you decide to accept it, the offer will be subject to contract and you will need to sign your Deeds over.
